Kuwai is a professional AI community based in RTP. We organize speaker series, workshops, networking events, and corporate sessions. The Site provides information about our events, tracks, and community, and allows you to register for events and subscribe to our newsletter.

We reserve the right to remove registrations that appear to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid.
By registering for and attending Kuwai events, you agree to:
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events. If an event is canceled, we will notify registered attendees via email. For free events, no refund applies. For paid events, we will provide a full refund or credit toward a future event at your choice.
Kuwai events are professional environments. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, and deliberate disruption of sessions. Violators will be asked to leave and may be banned from future events.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by Kuwai or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Corporate sessions, sponsorships, and partnership arrangements are governed by separate agreements between Kuwai and the partner organization. These Terms of Service do not supersede any specific contractual agreements made for corporate engagements.
